The District Tavern

So I did not make it to Molehill Orchestra, but we did go to the District Tavern on 260 East Congress Street. The District Tavern is very nice. They have hardwood floors and lots of seating and 3 or 4 pool tables. The decor is interesting: old burlesque and art deco posters ,and the bar counter top is a collage of ads from 1960-70's magazines. Interesting and diverse clientèle make this a fun place to gather. We were only stopping in, but here are my grades:

The bar tender A+
The Manhattans A
Jukebox Music B

Sounds like fun. I'll have to give a shot sometime.
